A photo shoot can be nerve wracking. From what to wear to how to pose, and everything in between we get it. We strive to make our process for booking and getting your best photos ever as easy as possible.

What to Expect
A Collaborative, Creative Journey
I believe portraits should be more than just beautiful. they should feel intentional and unmistakably *you*. Each session is a custom experience, designed to reflect your story, your style, and your goals with the same care and creativity I bring to every client. No two sessions are ever alike.
Expert Direction
Throughout your session Saeid will help guide you to poses that flatter your form and bring out your fullest potential. Furthermore, during your session you will be able to preview your images and make changes to ensure the shoot exceeds your expectations.
Amplified Beauty
Indulge in a full-service hair and makeup experience, expertly executed to enhance your natural beauty or provide a glamorous transformation. Our team can help you look your best for an executive portrait or completely transform your look for a conceptual art piece. We also offer grooming services.
Wardrobe Curation
Refine your style with our expert stylists, ensuring your wardrobe aligns seamlessly with the vision and goals of your shoot. We can work with pieces within your wardrobe and acquire additional stunning designer pieces to fit the concept of the shoot. A personalized phone consultation with our stylist helps to ensure a look that meets (and exceeds) your expectations.
Where It All Comes Together
On the day of your session, you’ll be welcomed by my professional hair and makeup team who are there to help you look and feel your absolute best. Time in hair and makeup is about helping you look great while easing you into the session feeling relaxed and confident. Then, you’ll try on your wardrobe pieces so we can finalize the looks together before getting in front of the camera.
Then, we shoot! My role is to direct you with posing and expression so you feel confident, connected, and at ease in front of the camera.
We’ll review images together throughout the session to make sure we’re capturing the strongest versions of you.
Thoughtful Curation & Retouching
Once the session is complete, you’ll receive a selection of unretouched proofs to review. If you’re someone who loves to see lots of options or prefers a more curated view, we’ll tailor the experience to your comfort level. Once you’ve chosen your favorites, I’ll professionally retouch them to enhances each image with subtle, refined edits to make them shine while keeping you looking like *you*.
You’ll also have the chance to give feedback to ensure you’re 100% happy with the final results.
FAQ
How much does a headshot or personal branding session cost?
Each session is bespoke and therefore prices will vary. Please reach out to us receive our detailed pricing guide. The average client spends between $1-$5k for their session including hair, makeup, wardrobe, images, and more. Please contact us for a quote as it may vary depending on yoru needs.
Do you work with businesses or teams for headshots or portraits?
Absolutely! Whatever your portrait needs, we can help. If you need us to come on location to photograph your entire team or family, we are happy to do so and have photographed teams for major hospitals, NBC and other top-tier organizations.
Where will the shoot take place?
Unless otherwise requested during our Q&A session, all shoots will take place at our fully equipped studio located in Westwood Village.
Saeid can also travel to your city or on location to create memorable images for an additional fee, although his core creative team is based in the LA area.
How long before I receive my photos?
Unretouched proofs from your session will be provided within 1 week of your session. After you select your images for retouching, the final shots will be provided within 2 weeks of your selection.
Note: We require that you select your images from your session within 1 month. If you fail to select your images in the allocated time, an additional fee may be incurred.
How long will you keep my photos?
After the shoot, we provide you with a link to your high resolution/retouched files. You can download these files to save/store yourself. This link will be active for 3 months. After 3 months, if you lose your files or need us to access the originals, there is a $250 archive fee for us to find, access, and provide the images. There is, however, no guarantee that we will maintain this archive so please save your images in multiple places.
Can I buy all the images from my session?
YES! We offer you the ability to purchase all unretouched images from your shoot (provided on a hard drive) for an additional fee.
Do you provide the unedited/raw images?
Session packages only include a select number of retouched files. If you want the unedited/raw images, we offer a hard drive of all unretouched images at an additional fee.
Can I bring someone with me to the shoot?
Yes! You may bring a friend with you but we ask that you keep your crew to a minimum to avoid distraction on set and slow down the process.
One or two extra people to hype you up may be appropriate if it helps you feel more relaxed and supported on the day.
Can I use the photos for commercial purposes?
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, images produced during your session may be used for personal promotion only, such as on your website and social media.
Additional fees apply if images are going to appear in print advertising, product packaging, etc., or sold for commercial use.
Please contact us for any clarification on where images may be used.
Do you offer print or albums?
We can assist you with the purchase of prints and albums upon request. That being said, your session includes high resolution digital files if you wish to print them yourself. Printique.com is a great place to print your images if you want to check their wide range of products.
Do you require a deposit to book the session?
All shoots require a 50% deposit due up front.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. Any additional fees or services you request (after initial booking) will be due before receiving final images.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your session at least 2-6 weeks in advance so that we can make all of the available arrangements and check to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your session or reschedule within 2 weeks of the shoot and receive a full refund, minus anything that may have been purchased (aka if we had to purchase props or rent a location that is non-refundable).
Do you offer gift cards or sessions as gifts?
Definitely! Our sessions are commonly a gift for special occasions, celebrations, anniversaries and more. Feel free to reach out so we can chat about how to gift a photo session.
How do I a book a photo session?
